Terms of Purchase

CJK Consulting has agreed to provide such goods and services according to the terms of this Agreement. This Purchasing Agreement for The Roadmap Course: is entered into effect on the purchase date with an address of Courtney Kimble (the “Coach”).

The total cost of the course is due in full. Course members shall pay the Total Cost to CJK Consulting as follows: one time payment of $497 USD or two payments of $249 USD. If the course member chooses the payment plan option they will not have resell rights until the payment has been completed for a total of $497.

The payment is a non-refundable purchase and since this is intellectual property, there is no return option on the knowledge learned. Once you agree to these terms of purchase, you agree to pay the total amount of the payment plan you choose.

Licensing: By purchasing this digital master resell rights product for The Roadmap, you are granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product to others with master resell rights. You may sell the product as many times as you wish and keep 100% of the profits.

Limitations: You may not modify or alter the product in any way, shape or form and maintain resell rights. However, you can brand the sales process and claim ownership over the product and sales process.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. By purchasing or using this digital master resell rights product for The Roadmap, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use this product.
