Episode 29: Becoming a Facilitator of Change

Over the weekend I caught myself reminiscing about a trip I took to Bali back in 2017. I also was thinking about how stressful it was to take that vacation, from begging for the time off from my boss to how broke I was when I got  home after taking three weeks off work. It was such a beautiful reminder of the freedoms my coaching business gifts me daily. I never have to worry that my requested time off will be denied because I make my own schedule. I can take a month off and still have Stripe + Paypal notifications rolling in because I’ve structured my business to have recurring revenue each month. I make consistent 5-figure months, like what?!  If I’m honest, I never thought this lifestyle would be possible for me but your girl is proof that it is possible. If you want to become a coach or already are one but want to make a bigger impact to make more income, it’s possible for you too. In this week's episode I grab the mic to talk about things great coaches do, things that I’ve done that have contributed to my own success and my clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER IN THIS EPISODE:⁣

  • The difference between a coach and a consultant
  • Three things great coaches do
  • How leaders facilitate change
